Opus debuted in Bloom County just before the holidays in 1980 and has rocketed onto other projects since, As depicted in this humorous ornament, Opus has attached a jet engine to his toboggan to deliver holiday gifts. Unfortunately it looks like he forgot the packages and, at the speed he is travelling, it's doubtful he could stop to deliver anything!
