This is Francesco Bernoulli, a character from the Disney Pixar movie "Cars" series. He is an Italian F1 racer and Lightning McQueen's rival. His confident character is impressive in the movie, especially in "Cars 2" where he appears as a strong contender in the World Grand Prix.
