This is a very rare pair of 517 bootcut jeans, also known as "Saddlemans," made in Japan (Levi's Japan).
The color is a vibrant, eye-catching red, making these pants the centerpiece of any outfit.
They feature the sturdy fabric of the time, not found in current models, and the beautiful flare silhouette unique to the 517. The white tab (small "e") adds a nice accent.
