Sylvanian Families: The Grand House with Lights [Toys"R"Us Exclusive]

This is the "[Large House with Lights]" set.
A large, two-story house set for Sylvanian Families.

I purchased this about 10 years ago, and my daughter, who was in kindergarten at the time, would occasionally play with it.
It wasn't used very often, and it has been stored in a closet for a long time since then.
There is some wear and tear due to age, but overall, I think it's in good condition.
I have confirmed that all the set contents are present, but please be sure to check the photos as they show everything included.
