NWT, Love Tree white puffer vest with faux fur collar in a cream color, and black belt. Size large. The belt and the zipper are black, which stands out perfectly on this white vest. The faux feather is kind of a cream color. The shoulders measure 2.75 in across. The bust from pit to pit measures 19 in across. There are those pullies to tighten up the neck against the cold weather. The neck is a 3/4 inch neck that measures 6 in tall. The vest itself measures 23.5 inches tall. The belt measures 36 inches long and clicks close. There are belt loops to keep the velt in place. Very cute!!! I have the original plastic and hanger if interested.
