This is one vintage OHTO two-color ballpoint pen with a flat, futuristic design.
It's a Showa-retro Japanese ballpoint pen.
It's not suitable for writing as the ink is dried up, but please consider it if you're interested in vintage stationery collections, display purposes, or disassembly and repair.

It seems to have been purchased a long time ago and has been stored at home for a long time after being used.
The pen body only, with no box or other accessories.
The pen tip extends and retracts smoothly using the left and right levers on the side of the body.
The ink appears to be dried up and is not suitable for writing (Image 12: black doesn't write, Image 13: red is faint).
I don't know how to replace the ink, and it may not be replaceable.
As shown in the images, there are fine dirt and scratches overall.
There are fine rust-like scratches on the clip (Images 2, 10-11).
