This vintage Indian horse cart collectible showpiece is a stunning piece that will enhance any space it's placed in. The artist stamped copper and bronze piece measures 6 inches in length and 3.75 inches in height, making it a perfect decorative item for any room.
The horse appears to have been replaced or was originally just a different material. The horse is brass and the cart itself is copper.
The cart has stamping from the manufacturer as well as engraving from what appears to be a former owner. Engraving says John Paul Nasik 25-11-53 - which in the Indian culture they reverse the month / day so November 25, 1953.
The stamping says H.V.L. a couple of numbers I can’t make out then 1942 which is likely the year of manufacture. See close up pic included.
