Artist doll, made by Perini, Italy, German made, 2006, Gotz.

This is a small doll made by Italian doll artist Beatrice Perini.
It's 11 inches (approximately 26.5 cm) tall.
All parts are made of flesh-colored hard vinyl, and the head and legs can be moved.

Even though she's a little one, she has a rich expression, and I'm drawn to her tearful, slightly watery expression.

The large hat and puffy pants also have a unique Italian-like design.
I don't think there were any dolls in the 2000s with short red hair like this.

Perini is a prolific artist, and she only provided about five designs for Gotz.
Besides Gotz, she also made bisque dolls fired in Limoges, which are very rare, with only 10 to 50 dolls made worldwide, and are a bit out of reach.
In that sense, this small doll series from Gotz was a godsend for doll lovers.

They are all small, and they all symbolically hold their own stuffed animal. This one has a monkey. There's a Gotz tag on the hem of the dress as well.

This doll is from around 2006, just before Gotz moved its factory to China, and it's very carefully made.
When I took off her clothes, I saw she has cute breasts.

Her eyes are glass with upper eyelashes. There is a slight cloudiness in her left eye.
Her hair is a firm, smooth synthetic fiber.

The clothes and hat (with lining) are original, and I tied a red string as an accent.

The pants were deteriorated, so I recreated the original with plenty of organza. Aren't the lace hems cute?

The blue sandals are also original.
The headdress in photo 5 is borrowed from another doll and is not included in the sale.

A little person is already cute just by being small ❤️
