Vintage blue dress by Liz Claiborne. This dress has short sleeves, a v-neckline, attached shoulder pads, a wrap front top, and a pencil skirt bottom. It is lined. There is flattering pleating in the center front and ruching that wraps from the front, around the sides to the back. The back has a partial hidden zipper closure and a small slit at the bottom. It is pre-owned, has 2 stains on the front right hip, a rip in the underneath lining by the slit, and discoloration in the lining armpits (inside), but is otherwise in great condition.
Size 6 Petite. It is made of 54% polyester and 47% of acetate. Dry clean.
