This listing is for a XMYMUSCLE Vest for workout trainings. This vest slips over your head and straps on with 4 adjustable straps, two on each side. The main vest has 32 weight pockets, 16 on the back and 16 on the front. Each weight pocket measures 2” x 6” and has a Velcro closure across the top.
Vest measurements on each side 22 1/4” x 17 1/4”.
This vest was an open box new item that came with A leg weight holder. (Only one). This will be included with the purchase of the vest. It has 8 weight pockets.
Weights are not included.
