I cleaned all accessible parts with alcohol, cloths, and brushes without disassembling the unit.
While there are minor dents on the top of the right deck, it is in good condition overall with no major scratches.
Remarkably for a radio cassette from this era, the radio, CD player, and both cassette decks function almost perfectly. The timer function has also been confirmed.
* Tone control function allows for adjusting treble and bass for good sound quality.
◎ Tape speed tested with a test tape, both decks are at normal speed.
◎ Radio AM/FM reception is normal (TV UHF/VHF bands cannot be received due to lack of broadcasts).
◎ Recording: CD to cassette OK, Radio to cassette OK, Microphone input to cassette OK.
◎ Battery operation OK (battery compartment is clean with no rust).
◎ Rod antenna: 4-section retractable, no bends.

The left deck's torque is slightly weakened, resulting in slightly slower playback during reverse. Please be aware of this when playing long tapes.
