Vintage Federal Glass Madrid pattern handled nappy dish in translucent green uranium glass, measuring approximately 5-1/4 inches by 6 inches across the handles. This octagonal pressed glass dish features the classic Madrid floral and scroll motif with a detailed sunburst center and softly molded side handles. Under UV light, the glass displays a bright uranium glow, confirming vintage composition. There is a small chip present (see photos), along with light surface wear and typical mold marks consistent with age. This piece is not perfect and shows honest wear expected of nearly 100-year-old Depression-era glass, but remains a beautiful and collectible example.
