UK CORGI 261 007 James Bond's Aston Martin DB5
Scale is likely 1/46. Released in 1965.
The body is gold-painted.
In the title sequence with Shirley Bassey's song "Goldfinger," scenes from the movie are shown in clips, and a gold tone is applied to those scenes.
The gold paint of the 261 evokes that title sequence.
As a side note, this action-packed DB5 is based on the real car with chassis number DP/216/1, which was a DB5 prototype based on a DB4 VANTAGE.
The prototype was lent out to be ready in time for the movie filming.
Coincidentally, the 261 007 James Bond's Aston Martin DB5 also modified the CORGI 218 ASTON MARTIN DB4 mold to achieve development in a short period.
This 261 has had further mold revisions, and the front turn signal area, which was a remnant of the 218 era, has been corrected.
This is a vintage miniature car.
It has been stored at home for a long time. There are scratches and wear, but the box is original.
This is a masterpiece that encapsulates all the best of CORGI in its heyday in the 1960s, as well as the atmosphere of the culture of the time.
It is a very old item, nearly 60 years since its release.
This product is recommended for those familiar with antiques.
Shipping will be at the buyer's expense.
