Beautiful estate find. This Raku decorative bowl is iridescent and depending on the light, there are many colors. I would say copper and green but almost gold looking as well. Reminds me of oil on the road after the rain, always changing colors. This beautiful bowl is textured with an all over pattern (except the solid black bottom) and stands approximately 4" high and the opening is approximately 3". There is what I believe to be a signature UTE on the bottom but I cannot verify the signature. I know there is an artist Ute Grobmann who is know to work in Raku but I cannot verify it's hers or even if the signature says UTE.
This estate had lots of pottery and artwork so I assume this is also a quality piece. I looks wonderful to me.
