Excellent Condition Montblanc Meisterstück 144 Black Gold Trim M Nib Fountain Pen

This is a fountain pen from the 1980s.

The Montblanc 144 has two main types: the early model with a gold-colored nib and the later model with a gold and silver nib. This is the early model.

It's slightly smaller than the successor, the 145 Classic, and features a snap-on cap instead of a screw-on cap.

While there are minor scratches and slight plating wear, there are no major scratches, cracks, chips, or malfunctions, and no engraved name, so the condition is good.

The nib width is M (Medium). It's a well-balanced nib width, not too thick and not too thin.
