Vintage 1970s black and red maxi dress with ruffles and tie strings on the front. Worn once for the Renaissance faire (see last 2 photos). Brand is Vicky Vaughn Junior, but it’s definitely not junior sized since I wore this with lots of room when I was a size M/L. This is probably a women’s size medium with lots of stretch. Comes as is.
