Unreal rare autumnal floral western gothic vintage dress 8 10

What a find! This dress is a stunner. It looks like it's probably handmade, and from the style I'm assuming 70s / 80s vintage. It's got a flippy ruffled rah-rah skirt and adorable bow all in an unreal corn on the cob, flowers and berries botanical print, in muted greens and browns on black in a slightly silky fabric. Who ever made this did it beautifully. It looks like they've used the edge of the trim for the underskirt and the bow. It's giving big cowboy, Southern gothic, Vampire's Wife vibes. I'd say this fits like an 8 or a small 10 but please see the photos for measurements. There's no obvious flaws that I can see. I was gifted this but it's just too small for me, so I want it to go to a home that'll love it and wear it.
