Charming vintage hand-painted Italian pottery pitcher, marked Made in Italy on the base. This lovely piece features the popular “Yellow Bird” design with leafy green branches and soft folk-art styling, very similar to known Lucca / Luca Art examples from the mid-20th century.
Beautiful rounded form with a flared spout and comfortable handle, finished in a creamy white glaze with green trim. A warm, cheerful accent for Tuscan, cottage, farmhouse, or vintage kitchen décor.
Condition:
Good vintage condition with one noted flaw:
There is a hairline crack at the lower handle where it attaches to the body (see photos). The crack appears stable and does not detract from display use. No chips, no missing glaze, no repairs. This was taken into consideration when pricing.
