This listing includes a large collection of Sylvanian Families houses, furniture, and dolls.

Please note that these items have been stored for many years and were played with by children, so there may be scratches, stains, and missing parts.

Furthermore, these items are not brand new and unused, so any stickers that were originally included may or may not be attached. Additionally, the "Light-Up Big House" does not have a working lamp. Please understand.

There are many houses and furniture pieces, so there is still plenty of play value.

While there are some scratches and stains, most of the items appear to be in good condition overall.
