This is a Champion Reverse Weave. The tag is a Tricolor tag, so it's from the 80s. I bought it at a used clothing store because I liked the color of the print.
Also, the worn-out look is really cool. I don't think you'll find this level of damage easily, so please consider it if you like.
Regarding the size, the sleeves and hem are cut off, so even though it's an XL, the length isn't too long, and it has a boxy silhouette. I often wore it layered, showing the color of the inner layer through the worn areas.
