The illustrations from the fairy tale ("The Wizard of Oz") are depicted with vibrant colored embroidery. It's very cute. The neckline ruffles are also cute.
The hemline is made of mesh fabric, giving it a see-through effect.
The design has a straight fall on both sides of the hem, creating a beautiful A-line silhouette.
