This is a Louis Vuitton Monogram Cartouchiere GM shoulder bag. It is a vintage crossbody style crafted from the brand's iconic coated canvas with natural Vachetta leather trim and gold-tone hardware. It features a front flap with a buckle closure and a long, adjustable shoulder strap. The bag was designed around 1980 and has since been discontinued.
The bag for its age has a few flaws. Overall, I think it’s in excellent condition due to its age. If anyone can help me find the date code it would be appreciated.
It’s 100% authentic and I will guarantee it or have no issues accepting a return for authenticity. I’ve owned this bag and it was well cared for.
The leather is much better on the vintage bags than the newer ones.
