This is a rare Vintage 90s Youth Annco licensed NHL hockey cap featuring the Detroit Red Wings team logo.
A black under-brim on an Annco hat typically places it in the late 1990s (roughly 1997–1999). Most manufacturers began moving away from green under-brims toward the end of the decade to reduce glare and offer a more "modern" look.
