There is some wear on the seagull paint (see image).
Other than that, the pants show some signs of use, but there is no damage or dirt.
They are indigo.
The damage on the hem, etc., is part of the original damage processing.

The size is 40, but I have taken measurements, so please use them as a reference if you don't mind my amateur measurements.

W: Approximately 49cm x 2 (Waist measurement is taken with the front and back of the waist as parallel as possible)
Rise: Approximately 34cm
Thigh width: Approximately 41cm
Inseam: Approximately 36.5cm (Measured along the inseam to the hem)
Hem width: Approximately 32cm
