BAFFIN boots offer excellent cold and waterproof protection, with a drawcord for adjustable fit.
I've only used them about 5 times for my 10-minute commute, but there are some scuff marks on the inside (see photo 5).
I couldn't fully capture it in the photos (see photo 6), but there are some small, pilled areas on the insole. They are around the heel.
I haven't actually used them for extended periods, so they are very clean, but it seems like the pilling is prone to happen.
I felt like they were almost invincible even in the cold of Hokkaido.
The color is not pure black, but more of a gray-leaning black.
They will be wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in simple packaging.
