This T-Matic Connector is a internal connector that requires no machining services to utilize. Consists of a threaded screw, t-nut, and threaded barrel, this will allow you to connect two either 10 Series or 25 series extrusions together at a 90 degree angle.
- This internal connector is made out of steel and is compatible with our 10 or 25 Series extruded aluminum profiles or 1.0" and 25mm based t slot aluminum extrusion.
- Due to the design, this allows infinite positioning along the T-Slot profile with no required machining services.
- There are two different ways to install: Slide into the end of profile or install on captivated profiles with roll-in T-nut. Left-handed barrel thread and self-retained screw to support ease of installation
- Its versatility, durability, and ease of installation make it an indispensable component for your industrial applications. Contains a roll-in t-nut, a screw, and a threaded barrel
- To install the threaded barrel, use a 5mm ball end power bit (#65-6091). To install the screw, use a 4mm ball end hex wrench (#65-6097).
