Black 80% wool / 20% cotton cape with red interior by Scott Lester Organisation [sic] London. Internet search sees very few example of same item over $400.
The brocade border extends the full length of the cape. Collar is black velvet which, at the neck closure, house two tasseled ties, all as imaged.
On inside left is a light brown (on red) stain, as imaged. On right front is a white mark which may be able to be professionally removed at the discretion of the new owner.
